Just over 3 years old, and already onto our 3000th job. How the time flies: only at Xmas did we announce our 2000th print job, won by Stagecoach Buses, one of our newest customers back then in December.

As before, we are offering a magnum of Champagne to the lucky customer who places our 3000th order – its likely to occur anytime in the next 3 weeks, so keep ordering, and we'll let you know.

Thanks for all your support and business over the last three years. We look forward to producing 1000s more jobs for many years to come.

Charity run update

So far James has completed 2 of his 5 races for FORT cancer charity.

On a hot night in August, one of the few, James ran 5 kilometres in 26 minutes and 39 seconds, with the fastest runner completing the race in just under 16 minutes, and the slowest nearly 40 minutes. 156th out of 197 runners was a bit of a disappointment for James, but with over 80 of the runners coming in within 20 minutes, and 170 of the runners belonging to athletic clubs, James’ cumbersome torso was certainly an unusual site! Most importantly of all, James ran the whole distance (even if the running pace was mediocre!).

The second race, up and down the steep sides of Butser Hill 3 times over a 5 mile cross-country course proved much more testing. Out of a three hundred runners, only a few professionals kept running over the Grade A Fell challenge – James wasn’t one of them. The slowest took an hour and a half and the fastest just 32 minutes, and James completed the course in 57 minutes!

As you can see, James’ kit is now sponsored by a few customers – it's only £70 to sponsor part of his kit, so why not donate some funds to FORT now, and get your company on James’ body? Just think of all those runners going past James, that will see your company logo! Click here to donate online.

For the 3rd year running, we are proud to be involved with and support the FORT Cancer Charity’s ball held at Portsmouth Guildhall for 450 people on 3rd November. Tickets are £45 each or £400 for a table of 10, and this year the theme is Prohibition, so get your glad-rags on and fill yourself up with illegal liquor – look forward to seeing you there for dancing, auctions, cabaret, raffles and loads of fun that are synonymous with Fort balls!

New funny clothing brand EFFIN have started their new t-shirt production with printsourceuk. The brand is launching at many different outlets, from fresher's weeks, eBay and its internet site, to various sponsorship around the South, and the first shirts are now being posted out to lucky buyers around the UK, produced, stored and distributed by printsourceuk. A new client to grace our books is Hampshire Constabulary, after working with them on their campaign for bike and car security producing leaflets, signage and mugs for their recent relaunch for the Summer months. We are delighted to be working with the boys in blue, and if nothing else, proves that printsourceuk is all above board, with nothing to hide (apart from a few chocolate biscuits).

We are delighted to report that August saw us produce our first work for the Royal Armouries, the organisation responsible for various historic battlements, forts and buildings on display around our great land and beyond! A large run of tickets were produced for one of their attractions in the south, and we hope it is a start of things to come!
